Teropongpost, Depok, –Senin, 4 November 2019. Ratusan warga yang tergabung dalam Gerakan Masyarakat Pondok Petir Bersatu (GEMPUR) Fathul Fata adakan Aksi di Perumahan Trevista Park, Jl. Muti Kelurahan Pondok Petir Depok.
Aksi ini adalah buntut dari adanya Penutupan Jalan Muti yang dilakukan oleh Pihak Pengembang PT. Sahid Putra Harapan beberapa bulan lalu. Yang memang dinilai sudah menyalahi Peraturan Daerah Kota Depok.
Beberapa waktu lalu, masyarakat Pondok Petir melakukan mediasi dengan pihak pengembang di Komisi A DPRD kota Depok. Hasil dari mediasi itu pun mengharuskan pihak pengembang membuka kembali akses jalan muti, dan menghentikan segala aktivitas yang dilakukan di tempat tersebut.
Akan tetapi, sampai sekarang pihak pengembang pun belum membuka pagar yang menutup jalan muti. Sehingga warga sekitar masih sulit untuk melakukan kegiatan sehari-hari seperti biasanya.
Dalam aksi ini GEMPUR menyampaikan Tiga Tuntutan Rakyat (Tritura) :
- Mencegah keras penutupan Jalan Muti.
- Menolak keras Pembangunan Perumahan Trevista Park.
- Meminta Pertanggungjawaban Lurah, Camat, dan Walikota Depok Mencabut Izin Pembangunan.
Sehingga pihak pengembang dan kelurahan yang dihadirkan dalam aksi tersebutpun membuat kesepakatan bersama dengan warga. Jika pihak pengembang akan membuka jalan muti, dan dilakukan pada 2 hari kedepan.
Ustadz Wahid Nur selaku Ketua dari GEMPUR pun merasa puas dengan adanya kesepakatan tersebut, yang dimana memang sudah lama dinantikan oleh para warga sekitar.
“Alhamdulillah tadi sudah ada kesepakatan yang disaksikan oleh Kapolres Sawangan Depok dan TNI, sehingga pengembang akan membuka kembali jalan muti ini. Namun apabila dalam 2 hari kedepan belum dibuka juga, warga yang akan membukanya sendiri. Dan hal itu tidak dapat dianggap salah.” Jelasnya (Anwar)
Semoga perjuangan warga serua bulak di berikan kemudahan oleh Allah SWT. Dan jalan yg menjadi Hak Warga Agar secepatnya di Gunakan sebagaimana Mestinya.
