ABM menduga ada hal yang salah terkait pemindahan KASDA dari Bank Banten ke Bank BJB disaat situasi Pandemi Global Covid19 ini.
“Perlu kajian menyeluruh kaitan dengan persoalan ini tidak asal mengambil keputusan, lihat dampaknya masyarakat resah pada Rush Money yang mengakibatkan Bank kebanggaan kita menjadi tidak dipercaya lagi atau Trust terhadap Bank Banten menurun”. Ungkap Arwan Ketua ISP3B yang menjadi Salah satu Anggota Aliansi Banten Menggugat (ABM)
Lebih dari 17 Media baik online maupun surat kabar menghadiri undangan ABM untuk menyaksikan prosesi Pembacaan Pernyataan Bersama di Jalan Pandeglang Rangkasbitung Km 7 tersebut.
“Apapun alasannya hingga keputusan merger yang diambik atas arahan pusat itu bukan sebuah keputusan yang baik mengingat Sumber Daya Bank Banten akan tergerus jika di Merger dengan dalih apapun Bank Banten Faktanya akan dibunuh oleh Gubernur Bapak nya itu sendiri” tegas Arwan
Disisi lain Adi Firman Dewan Pembina Komunitas Juang menduga ada tindakan melawan hukum yang dilakukan oleh Gubernur Banten terhadap upaya penarikan KASDA.
“Apa yang menjadi Dasar Konsederannya? Tidak mungkin rasanya jika BI merekomendasikan penarikan KASDA, Karna itu bukan tugas dan kewenangannya. Kami meyakini Rapat terbatas per tanggal 21 April 2020 bukan Rapat Penetapan Keputsan Penarikan KASDA tapi kaitan dengan Likuiditas, mana Berita Acaranya jika ada Rekomendasi terkait dengan Penarikan KAS Daerah dari Bank Banten ke Bank BJB?”. Tanya Adi ketika Media menanyakan alasan Keberatan.
Kegiatan yang dihadiri oleh sejumlah Ormas itu berakhir dengan penandatanganan kesepakatan bersama dan pernyataan sikap untuk segera dilakukan proses pengiriman surat ke Lima Lembaga yang sudah di list.
