Teropongpost, Kab. Tangerang, –Penuh dengan dugaan banyak oknum seperti tuyul berkepala hitam menarik rupiah di mesin ATM Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) Desa Gempol Sari, Kecamatan Sepatan Timur (Septi), Kabupaten Tangerang, tanpa diketahui Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM) PKH.
Nani salah satu KPM PKH warga Desa Gempol Sari terkejut setelah diberitahu melalui struk pengambilan uang oleh salahsatu agen Brilink BRI, bahwa bantuan PKH miliknya sudah diambil orang lain, sebelum dirinya mencairkan di agen-agen Brilink BRI lain yang sudah disiapkan e-warung.
“Niatnya mau cek isi ATM PKH saya sudah ada apa belum di Brilink BRI e-warung, lalu saya dikasih tahu sama pemilik e-warung sambil tunjukkin struknya, kalau isi ATM saya sudah ada yang ambil,” ungkap Nani dikediamannya Desa Gempol Sari, Kecamatan Septi. Jum’at, (24/07/2020).
Guna mengetahui lebih detail serta mengecek kebenarannya, Nani bersama suaminya mendatangi Bank BRI yang berada di wilayah Kota Tangerang, untuk meminta rekening koran PKH miliknya. Ia pun kembali terkejut melihat hasil dari Bank BRI tersebut tidak ada perbedaan dari stroke Brilink e-warung.
“Setelah saya dikasih struk Brilink BRI dari e-warung, keesokan harinya saya diantar suami berangkat ke Bank BRI, lalu saya minta bikinin Rekening koran bulan Juni dan Juli. Begitu selesai saya lihat hasilnya sama persis dengan stroke dari e-warung, kalau PKH saya sudah dicairkan orang lain Rp. 325.000,00 (Tiga Ratus Dua Puluh Lima Ribu),” tukasnya.
Warga Gempol Sari ini mengaku, pernah mencairkan bantuan PKHnya sekali tanggal 9 Juli 2020 yang lalu, di Brilink BRI e-warung daerah Gaga Kiara Payung berjumlah Rp. 325.000,00 ribu. Namun sampai saat ini dirinya tidak pernah lagi mencairkan PKHnya di Brilink BRI lain, semenjak dirinya mendapat ATM PKH dari BRI.
“Begitu saya nerima ATM langsung dicek tanggal 7 Juli 2020, tapi hasilnya tidak ada, dapat 2 hari saya cek lagi di e-warung Gaga Kiara Payung, alhamdulillah saya bisa cairkan Rp300 ribu lebih, sejak itu saya tidak cairkan lagi, tapi kenapa isi ATM PKH saya sudah ada yang ambil,” kesalnya.
Sementara itu Koordinator Kecamatan (Korcam) PKH Sepatan Timur, Basarudin mengaku dirinya sudah banyak bekerja untuk KPM sejak beberapa tahun yang lalu, agar semua KPM mendapatkan hak-haknya dari pemerintah. Dan ia meminta kepada Bank BRI untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan saldo KPM yang hilang di ATM.
“Kami sudah bantu KPM PKH dari tahun 2017 sampai sekarang, untuk dapatkan buku tabungan dan kartu KKS, akan tetapi masih banyak KPM yang saldonya kosong, bahkan ada KPM yang saldonya ada, tapi sudah ada transaksi penarikan dari pihak lain, kami harap pihak BRI bisa jelaskan masalah tersebut,” tandasnya.
