Teropongpost, Jakarta, –Hampir 3 bulan wabah pandemi Corona telah menjadi trend topik sebagai musuh tanpa bentuk yang tak terlihat kasat mata. Setelah melakukan sosial distancing, berdiam diri dirumah dengan pemberlakuan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB), namun dalam kurun waktu yang telah ditetapkan Pemprov DKI tak kunjung juga memutus rantai penyebaran Covid-19. Masyarakat menjerit dengan berbagai tuduhan Pemprov DKI tidak mampu melakukan PSBB yang berdampak kompleknya permasalahan sosial yang muncul.
“Dampaknya sangat jelas, bukan hanya masyarakatnya, tetapi para jurnalis, dan profesi lainnya ikut terdampak. Akibatnya, Perekonomian kerakyatan menjadi lumpuh, banyak pekerja yang di PHK, terlebih dalam kondisi yang memprihatinkan seperti ini, pemerintah malah menaikan harga BPJS, kenaikan harga PLN, dan lainnya.” Ucap Ketua Umum Forum Wartawan Jakarta, Mustofa Hadi Karya melalui Kepala Bidang Humas FWJ, Bambang Suryono di Jakarta, Minggu (17/5/2020).
Sebagai bentuk keprihatinan tersebut, Bambang menyebut FWJ akan terus konsisten menyuarakan dan melakukan kegiatan nyata guna membantu para jurnalis dan warga yang terdampak covid-19. Terlebih munculnya Kolaburasi Sosial Berskala Besar (KSBB) serta terbitnya Pergub DKI Jakarta Nomor 41 tahun 2020 soal sanksi sosial sampai adanya sanksi denda bagi siapapun yang tidak menggunakan masker ditengah pandemi corona.
“Saya kira masyarakat banyak yang belum mengetahui hal itu, apa sanksi sosialnya dan berapa nilai sanksi dendanya yang diterbitkan melalui Pergub Nomor 41 tahun 2020. Untuk itu FWJ berupaya mendukung kebijakan Pemerintah DKI Jakarta dalam gerakan 1000 masker. “Jelas Bambang.
Ketika ditanya muatan program yang di inisiasi Forum Wartawan Jakarta soal kegiatan Gerakan 1000 Masker yang rencana akan digelar tanggal 19 Mei ini. Bambang mengulas bahwa ceremony sosialisasi tersebut dimulai dari Bunderan HI, Jakarta Pusat, dan selanjutnya jika mendapatkan dukungan dari instansi, institusi, dan para stakeholder baik perusahaan, penguasa, dan lainnya.
