Teropongpost, Lebak, –Gerakan Mahasiswa Nasional Indonesia (GMNI) DPC Pandeglang bekerjasama dengan Pemerintah Desa Tegal wangi Kec. Menes Kabupaten Pandeglang Provinsi Banten. Sabtu (04/04/20).
Dalam rangka melakukan pencegahan dan penanggulangan penyebaran wabah virus Corona Covid-19 yang sedang marak sekarang, adapun isi kegiatan itu berupa melakukan himbauan-himbauan kepada masyarakat untuk harus lebih menjaga pola hidup sehat, dan selalu menjaga kebersihan diri, serta lingkungan sekitar. Kemudian setelah itu dilanjutkan dengan penyemprotan disinfektan terhadap setiap lingkungan rumah-rumah warga serta sarana-sarana umum lainnya.
Ketua Gerakan Mahasiswa Nasional Indonesia (GMNI) Cabang Pandeglang Dede Juhaedi mengatakan, kegiatan ini harus terus dilakukan karena melihat dari beberapa Daerah Indonesia sudah banyak memakan korban. Walaupun Kabupaten Pandeglang sendiri barusan mempunyai ODP, tapi kegiatan seperti ini harus terus dilakukan agar bisa mencegah terjadinya penyebaran covid 19 ini.
“Berangkat dari pengalaman, beberapa Daerah di Indonesia telah terdapat korban jiwa akibat Corona. Saat ini Di Kabupaten Pandeglang sendiri masih statusnya ODP, tapi kita harus bisa perangi untuk pencegahannya”. Jelas Dede Juhaedi
Lebih lanjut Kepala Desa Tegal Wangi Kiki Maulana Sopa menambahkan semua masyarakat Kabupaten Pandeglang umumnya, khususnya Warga Masyarakat Tegal Wangi harus tetap mengikuti kebijakan pemerintah yaitu Karantina Mandiri dan masyarakat juga harus mempunyai kesadaran yang tinggi untuk tetap menjaga diri dan lingkungan sekitarnya.
Dia menilai kegiatan penyemprotan tersebut memiliki dampak positif sebagai edukasi publik kepada masyarakat terkait pencegahan dini penyebaran Covid-19.
