“Saya sengaja datang bersamaan pelaksanaan Monitoring yang dilakukan oleh Dewan Komisi I DPRD Kabupaten Serang untuk memastikan pelaksanaan berjalan secara profesional dan akuntabel karena harapan masyarakat dalam mengisi form posisi ASN di Kabupaten Serang sangat tinggi sehingga perbandingan pola saing ialah 1:400 orang”. Jelas Arwan.
Pantauan media saat melakukan monitoring ada peserta yang terlambat beberapa menit, sehingga sudah tidak bisa mengikuti tes. Alasan utamanya ialah karena sistemnya sudah terkunci otomatis.
“Saya harus dapat izin dulu dari pimpinan saya, sehingga saya terjebak macet dan telat hanya 3 menit, tapi panitia tidak memperbolehkan masuk Saya kecewa sekali”. Ratap Irman salah satu Peserta yang telat ikut SKD.
Peserta yang terlambat dengan baik terpaksa harus memiliki mengikuti seleksi di tahun depan atau di Juli tahun 2020 jika APBD siap.
“Saya merupakan salah satu peserta yang telat juga, tahun ini mengikuti seleksi CPNS karena usia memasuki waktu maksimal ikut Tes CPNS, Kecewa dan sempat protes kepada panitia namun tetap tidak diizinkan masuk. Dengan demikian saya mengapresiasi upaya Panitia Seleksi yang begitu ketat dan profesional, sehingga keterlambatan akibat kesalahan peserta tidak bisa ditolelir. Saya puas dengan perlakuan yang terjadi kepada saya, juga terjadi kepada peserta lain yang mengalami keterlambatan”. ungkap Arwan
