Teropongpost, Kab. Semarang, –Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Ambarawa, Suhardjono mengatakan tren kejahatan penyalahgunaan narkoba dan psikotropika di Kabupaten Semarang tergolong tinggi.
Hal itu dibuktikan banyaknya barang bukti kejahatan narkoba dan obat-obatan terlarang saat dilakukan pemusnahan di halaman Kejari Ambarawa, Desa Ngampin, Kabupaten Semarang. Kamis, (25/062020).
Bupati Semarang Dr. H. Mundjirin ES, Sp OG, Dandim 0714/Salatiga Letkol Inf Prayoga Erawan, Kajari Kab. Semarang Suhardjono, SH,Kepala PN Kab. Semarang diwakili Wasis, Sekretaris Dinkes Kab. Semarang Dr. Dedy Darmadi, Sekdin Kominfo Kab. Semarang Akexsander Gunawan Tri Biyanto, SS, TP, MM, Kasat Reskrim Polres Semarang AKP Rifeld Constantieh Baba, S.IK,M.H, serta Danramil 09/Ambarawa Kapten Inf Romdhoni menghadiri kegiatan pemusnahan barang bukti tersebut.
Barang bukti tersebut antara lain jenis narkotika, sabu, ganja, tembakau gorilla, pil ekstasi, uang palsu (upal), senjata api jenis airsoftgun, serta handphone (HP).
Kajari Kabupaten Semarang Suharjono SH menyampaikan, barang bukti yang dimusnahkan merupakan barang sitaan dari berbagai kasus tindak pidana. Pemusnahan barang bukti ini merupakan tugas penuntasan perkara dengan eksekusi. Ini merupakan rangkaian terakhir dari penanganan perkara yaitu pemusnahan barang bukti. Dalam eksekusi barang bukti ini dilakukan beberapa cara,” katanya.
“Pemusnahan barang bukti di Kejari ini dilakukan dengan beberapa cara, antara lain dengan diblender, dibakar, dirusak maupun dihancurkan. Yang diblender adalah jenis narkotika yang selanjutnya dipendam atau dikubur dalam tanah.Untuk yang dibakar adalah jenis uang palsu (upal) maupun bukti tertulis lainnya, serta yang dirusak berupa senjata api jenis air shoftgun maupun handphone (HP) yang merupakan barang bukti kasus narkoba,” jelas Suharjono
Sementara itu, Bupati Semarang dr H Mundjirin ES SpOG menyatakan, bahwa dengan dimusnahkan barang bukti hasil kejahatan ini menandakan bahwa kasusnya telah selesai diproses secara hukum. Untuk itu, pihaknya menghimbau kepada masyarakat untuk menjauhi (khususnya) terkait dengan masalah narkoba. Pasalnya, narkoba ini boleh dikatakan dapat mematikan bagi yang memakainya.
“Marilah kita semua menjauhi narkoba, karena sampai sekarang ini kita semua masih melakukan perang terhadap narkoba. Ingat, bahwa narkoba itu lebih mudah mematikan,” kata H Mundjirin.
Usai pemusnahan, dilakukan penadatanganan berita acara yang dilakukan Bupati Semarang dr H Mundjirin ES SpOG, Kajari Suharjono SH, Ketua Pengadilan Negeri (PN) diwakili oleh Wasis Priyanto SH MH, Kapolres Semarang diwakili Kasat Reskrim AKP Rifeld Constantien Baba SIK MH, Dandim 0714 Salatiga Letkol Inf Prayogha Erawan, dan Sekretaris Dinas Kesehatan Dr Dady Dharmadi.(Akrom)
