Teropongpost, Bogor,– Meski aparat kepolisian gencar mengamankan obat-obatan daftar G, namun peredaran obat-obatan tersebut hingga kini masih saja marak. Seperti di wilayah Kecamatan Sukaraja, Kabupaten Bogor, beberapa jenis obat golongan G masih beredar dengan bebas. Namun jika biasanya obat tersebut umumnya dijual di toko obat atau sembako, kini yakni dengan modus jualan kosmetik.
Hal ini pun mendapat sorotan tajam dari warga sekitar menduga, di wilayahnya banyak penjual obat ilegal berkedok toko kosmetik yang menjual bebas obat golongan G seperti tramadol, alprazolam, dextro, trihex, heximer dan beberapa jenis lainnya,Mirisnya lagi, para konsumennya adalah kalangan remaja yang sebagian besar berstatus pelajar.
“Dampak yang ditimbulkan akibat mengkonsumsi obat-obatan itu sudah jelas membahayakan, baik bagi yang mengkonsumsi maupun orang lain. Karena tak sedikit kasus kejahatan terjadi akibat mengkonsumsi obat-obatan tersebut,” ujarnya.
Anehnya, meski penjualan obat tersebut marak, mamun hingga kini para pemilik toko seolah tidak khawatir jika praktik ini terendus petugas. Andri wakil ketua aliansi KGS Bogor raya menduga, ada oknum yang bermain dibalik penjualan obat-obatan keras yang seharurnya menggunakan resep dokter ini.
“Saya menduga ada aparat ada yang membekingi, karena terkesan tutup mata dan telinga, soalnya aman-aman saja tidak ada yang kontrol sama sekali ” ujarnya.
Pihaknya pun meminta agar aparat terkait menindak tegas pengedar termasuk oknum yang bermain dibalik peredaran obat-obatan tersebut.
“Jangan sampai masa depan generasi penerus dirusak oleh obat terlarang yang masuk dalam kategori daftar G yang mengandung psikotropika,” tegasnya.
Sementara saat dikonfirmasi, Andri wakil ketua alia
nsi Indonesia KGS Bogor raya, mengatakan, pihaknya akan berkoordinasi dengan pihak kepolisian untuk menindaklanjuti laporan dan informasi dari warga. Dan jika terbukti menjual atau mengedarkan, maka pihaknya tidak akan segan-segan untuk menutup toko.
“Apabila terbukti bersalah, penjual obat tersebut akan dijerat dengan Pasal 60 Ayat (2) UU Nomor 5 Tahun 1997 tentang psikotropika dan Pasal 196 UU Nomor 36 Tahun 2009 tentang Kesehatan. (Sani)
