Musrenbang tersebut dihadiri oleh H. Sukarya, Wawan Syakir Anggota DPRD Tangsel, Cecep Iswandi Lurah Serua, Sekretaris Kelurahan Serua, Binmas, Babinsa kelurahan Serua, RT Dan RW, Tokoh masyarakat, Karang Taruna, serta ratusan tamu undangan lainnya.
H. Sukarya dalam sambutannya mengatakan bahwa, Musrenbang ini merupakan kegiatan penyampaian rencana pembangunan yang ingin dilakukan oleh masyarakat. Maka dari itu disinilah masyarakat merencanakan pembangunan apa saja yang ingin dilaksanakan di daerahnya masing-masing.
“Dalam Musrenbang ini saya lebih menekankan pada pembangunan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) juga, tak hanya pembangunan fisik saja”. Ungkap H. Sukarya
Di tempat yang sama, Wawan Syakir pun menjelaskan jika Musrenbang kali ini harus dapat mengedepankan pembinaan SDM yang berkualitas.
“Saya harap Musrenbang kali ini dapat memberikan fasilitas keterampilan bagi warga. Jangan hanya pembangunan fisik, tetapi non-fisik pun ditingkatkan”. Ujar Wawan Sakir
Begitu pula dengan Lurah Serua Cecep Iswandi Pembangunan kali ini harus 50%-50%, jangan Pembangunan Jalan / Saluran Air saja. Tetapi juga Pembangunan pembinaan keterampilan bagi warga.
