Teropongpost, Lebak, –Deretan masalah telah terjadi di Perusahaan PT. Indomarco yang berdomisili di Cibuah Kecamatan Warunggunung. Sudah seharusnya Instansi Pemerintah Daerah dalam hal ini Disnaker Kabupaten Lebak, mencabut izin operasional Perusahaan selaku pemberi izin. Terhadap penegak Hukum pun Polres Lebak harus tegas menyikapi kasus yang telah terjadi baru-baru ini, adanya oknum Managemen yang diduga menyekap karyawan (sudah masuk ranah Pidana).
Dalam Undang undang Ketenagakerjaan No. 13 Tahun 2013, Mengatur tentang mekanisme Perlakuan Perusahaan terhadap Karyawan yang tidak masuk karena Sakit (Bukan dilakukan Intimidasi atau ancaman akan diberhentikan) apalagi Karyawan tersebut memiliki bukti Otentik dari Dokter berupa surat keterangan sakit.
Persoalan lain tampak pada Rekrutmen yang tidak banyak mempekerjakan Warga Lokal, padahal Kadisnaker Lebak telah Mengultimatum seluruh Perusahaan Lebak agar Memprioritaskan Warga Lebak jika ada perusahaan yang berdomisili di Wilayah Lebak terutama yang di maksudkan ialah Warga Cibuah Warunggunung.
“Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Lebak memprioritaskan rekruitmen pegawai di sejumlah Perusahaan dari warga lokal. Bahkan komposisinya sekitar 80 Persen diutamakan warga Lebak”. Itulah yang dikatakan oleh Kadisnaker Lebak.
Masih banyak temuan lain yang didapatkan dari Aduan Masyarakat terhadap Mekanisme Rekrutmen, Managemen serta Pengupahan, dan Tindakan Indisipliner lain yang terjadi di Indomarco.
Saya selaku Ketua DPC Badak Banten Kecamatan Warunggunung Mengutuk keras Pelaku atau Oknum bahkan Pemilik Perusahaan untuk Segera Berbenah atau Sanksi lain Berupa Penutupan PT. tersebut. Sejatinya hadirnya Perusahaan harus membawa Manfaat bagi Warga Wilayah tersebut, namun saat ini kami merasa Indomarco tidak membawa manfaat bagi kami bahkan lebih merugikan semua pihak. (Agus)
